With 12+ years in customer service, my colleague and I created Transaction Exchange to change the transaction coordination game. We are focused on customer and peer service, communicating efficiently and effectively to all parties, and taking the tedious work off your plate to give back time so you (the agent) can create more business! We are here to help. We are the difference because we go above and beyond just moving papers.

- Uploading all necessary documents into Supplements for easy access and reference.
- Entering Showingtime data to facilitate convenient scheduling for property viewings.
- Sending a home questionnaire to sellers to gather essential information and ensure accurate representation of the property.
INVOICED UPON REQUEST
Our services include:
- Sending out Home Questionnaires for marketing purposes to gather essential information about your clients' properties.
- Sending out "We want to get to know you" emails to your clients for your database to foster stronger connections.
- Adding clients to our moving concierge program free of charge to assist them with their relocation needs.
- Soliciting reviews for you as an agent to enhance your professional reputation and credibility.
- Sending reminders to agents to follow up with clients post-closing at specific intervals (1 week, 30 days, 6 months, and 1 year) to maintain ongoing relationships and satisfaction.

- Entering all documents into THE brokerage system for compliance and easy access.
- Providing inspection recommendations to your client to guide them through the process.
- Facilitating communication with all parties involved in the transaction to keep everyone informed.
- Collecting HOA documents, if applicable, to ensure compliance with community regulations.
- Initiating the title ordering process to facilitate a smooth closing.
- Engaging with the lender to provide updates on the appraisal status and overall file progress.
- Thoroughly examining title documents and promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns.
- Ordering home insurance to protect your investment.
- Sending calendar invites to agents, clients, and title for closing time, date, and location.
- Guiding clients through the process of selling or buying a home with expert advice and support.
- Keeping all involved parties informed of the file's status and any developments along the way.
- Sending informative update emails to clients to ensure they are kept abreast of the transaction's progress.
- Providing clear instructions to clients on the necessary steps during significant milestones in the transaction process.
We will invoice you after the file has closed.
