-Collect HOA documents, if applicable

-Communicate with lender on status of appraisal and file

-Send calendar invite to agent, client and title for closing time date and location

Per file fee.

We will invoice you after the file has closed.

No minimum amount of contract required.

We accept all major credit cards or we can arrange for the fee to be made at closing.

**We only charge if the file closes!
