We are here to change the transaction coordinating industry. We are client and peer focused. We are fully trained but also full committed to making each transaction welcoming, smooth and the least error free as possible. A transaction coordinator can save you 10-12 hours a week so you can focus on your business and growing it! We are a client care concierge which means we are making sure your clients have a smooth transaction and we do our best to make you look like the best agent possible by collecting infomation from your clients to add to your database, connect your clients to a free moving concierge, and we send out reviews on your behalf after every transaction that you partner with us on. We do the transaction coordination paper handling and communication but, we also go a beyond just that with our client care touches that is built into our transaction system. With 12+ years in customer service, my colleague and I created Transaction Exchange to change the transaction coordination game. We are focused on customer and peer service, communicating efficiently and effectively to all parties, and taking the tedious work off your plate to give back time so you (the agent) can create more business! We are here to help. We are the difference because we go above and beyond just moving papers.

Throughout Paul Konsor’s career, his common theme in the Real Estate industry since 1999 has been helping individuals and business succeed through a consultation and support approach. With his high energy and being a technology hobbyist, Paul has always approached each project with a flair for innovation, and technologies to drive consistent results.

While studying and following the Ninja Selling program, Paul truly follows that motto that “your next transaction is embedded in your current transaction.” It is with his history in the industry, a passion to help others succeed, and desire to create a system that treats people involved in a real estate process as much more than just a “transaction.”

This is when Transaction Exchange was born. Creating and streamlining a system to allow real estate agents to focus on the relationship building side with their customers, while partnering with Transaction Exchange, which is a transaction management company that will take over the details of handling the intricacies and roadway of bringing a real estate transaction to the closing table, while adding in the additional flair of providing a white glove service and concierge for the not only the real estate agent, but for their home clients too.


We are so excited to be expanding our team in 2022 and having Shara join us as we grow! We think that she will be a great part of our team!

-Collect HOA documents, if applicable

-Order title

-Communicate with lender on status of appraisal and file

-Order Home insurance

-Send calendar invite to agent, client and title for closing time date and location

-Review title documents and notify of any mistakes or concerns

-Guide client on the path of selling or buying a home

-Keep client, title, lender, agents up to date with file

-Send out weekly update emails to all parties

-Inform client of what is needed during big steps of the transaction

We accept all major credit cards or we can arrange for the fee to be made at closing.
